8 Weekly Group Sessions on Zoom
Thirty intentional minutes each week. Education, accountability, habit-setting, and connection — live with your cohort.
2 Live Cooking Sessions
Cook alongside Mikki using summer's best produce. Simple recipes, real techniques, and replays in the Facebook group.
Weekly Seasonal Recipes
A new recipe every week built around local produce. Designed using the Simple Plate Formula — ready in 30 minutes or less

Meet Mikki Parker
Health & Nutrition Coach | Founder, Thrive Together with Mikki
Mikki Parker brings a rare combination to her coaching: a clinical background as an occupational therapist, the discipline and resilience of a military veteran, and the lived experience of building a business while managing her own health as an entrepreneur.
Her approach is grounded in one core belief: your health journey can be simple. She works with female entrepreneurs to build sustainable habits that support their energy, focus, and vitality — without adding complexity to an already full life.
Mikki is also the Managing Director of the eWomenNetwork Greater Hartford chapter and an active member of her Connecticut community. She brings warmth, practicality, and genuine investment in every woman she coaches.
